+ If we determine it is necessary for the item to be shipped back to us prior to issuing a refund, our customer service team will issue a return label via email for return shipping purposes. You must ship packages back to us within 21 days from date of purchase (including shipping time) in order for this return to be considered valid. Any returns received after a 21 day period will NOT be accepted.
+ Shipping costs for returns of any accepted items are the responsibility of the customer and the cost will be deducted from the total refund or store credit once we process the return.

Our mission is to make alternative options more accessible and to provide our patients with the highest quality care. We are currently out-of-network with several insurance plans in Michigan. If you are not covered by Aetna we are happy to provide you with a superbill so you can continue to submit your own insurance claims. Just let our team know. If you would like to use Aetna insurance please call to book an appointment.

Yes, we are able to submit claims for past sessions up to 180 days post service date.

Yes, we accept FSA and HSA for medical treatments and herbs/supplements. We recommend checking with your FSA or HSA carrier for more details on how you can use your FSA/HSA funds.
