Pour 1 tbsp of Organic Castor Oil (not included) onto the soft cotton side of your child’s Castor Oil Pack. Place the pack over their liver area (right side below rib cage), and tie it in place. Wear for a minimum of 1 hour per day. Always supervise your child while wearing their pack as straps can be a choking hazard.
