This Phase is a 2-month supply.
HOW TO USE:
Start PHASE 1 on the first day of your menstrual cycle (Day 1).
Easily incorporate this blend into any recipe: sprinkle into smoothies, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, or simply eat by the spoonful.
Continue PHASE 1 until ovulation (around Day 14 of your cycle) + follow up with PHASE 2.
